Refund policy

60-Day Returns

We accept return requests within 60 days after delivery. To be eligible, items must be new, unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

To begin a return, email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your request. After authorization, we will provide the applicable return instructions and return address. Please do not send an item to a fulfillment facility or any other address before receiving return authorization.

For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless we state otherwise in writing. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can review the issue and provide a resolution.

After we receive and inspect an authorized return, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
